While taking this supplement, I noticed an increase in energy and found it easier to cope with daily challenges. I deducted one star because I didn’t experience the “wow” effect mentioned in other reviews. I used it as advised by my endocrinologist alongside B vitamins, magnesium, omega, and suprenamine to support my adrenal function due to complete depletion of the adrenal cortex.
